RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our goal is that you are happy with your purchase. But we understand that there might be a circumstance where you may want to return or exchange your items. We assure you that the return process will be hassle free. Please understand that there will be a 25% handling/restocking fee for all ready-made products.
CONDITION OF THE ITEMS
Please return eligible items in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned carefully packaged as it was received. Thank you for your understanding. Shipping costs are non-refundable. After the item arrives in our studio and we evaluate that the item was defective due to our design or manufacturing, we will repair or refund the item at no additional cost or shipping charges.
All items in our ready-made collections are returnable for a full refund or exchange within 14 days. Engagement and wedding bands made to your size are only exchangeable. We do not offer exchange or full refund for custom designs or re-designs.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR JEWELRY
Ensure your item is eligible for return, see above.
Contact us at [email protected] and specify your order number. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label which you will attach on the box to be returned. Please include all collateral that you received from us. Once the item arrives back in our studio we will refund your purchase.
The customer is responsible for the correct ring size when purchasing. The best way to do this is to have your ring size determined with a local, professional jeweler. We offer ring sizers on our website if you choose to determine your ring size at home.
Our goal is to achieve a very happy client. If there is a sizing issue, we will, if possible, resize your ring. A fee may apply for resizing of an existing piece. Please note that some eternity style bands or rings that are engraved cannot be resized. If we have the correct ring size in stock, we will be happy to give you the option to exchange the unworn ring for the correct size at no cost. However, shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please note these are general options and more specific instructions are located below each on our website.
