Returns and Exchanges

Returns on ready-made & Shop items are accepted for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.  We will accept exchanges for merchandise or store credit up to 30 days after receipt. Please contact us prior to returning for detailed return instructions. 

All sales on customized and custom orders are final.

Returned items must be unworn, in the same condition received, not show any signs of wear or use, and must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet these conditions.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance fees on returns, exchanges, and repairs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
